To ensure only qualified laborers are sent out, the Corp. has recently established a Training Center composed of the following 6 structures –the administration building, comprehensive guarantee & service building, teaching building, dormitory building, foreign teachers’ villa and the well-equipped, modern work shop. The complex is the biggest one in the province, which can train 1000 persons simultaneously.
The center is equipped with all the necessary training facilities such as the theory lecturing rooms, library electronic –teaching rooms, computer room, meeting rooms, multiple purpose hall, practical work shop ,physical training square and a dining hall. there are at present about 40 experienced teachers working to teach English, Japanese, Computer Technologies ,Machinery and Electronics ,etc.
After training at the center, qualified graduates are allocated to fill requirements’ of overseas employer. Currently the Corp. has approximately 3000 candidates ready to be sent all the time, the Corp. has also kept close cooperation relationships with many vocational training organizations and technical schools which can also contribute to the supply of categories of the required personnel.
